And you will find that this can take you a long time to get past all of the formalities, and ultimately, what you will be presented with will not be a great match for you. Sometimes the person who is going to hire you, has more information in their head than they are presenting to you. It can simply mean, you want to give your future employer the information that they need in order to make a good decision about you.
